l High Efficiency Heat Exchange- IR dryers use state of art, high efficiency extended surface heat exchangers. This design minimizes pressure drops whilst maximizing thermal productivity, thus optimizing the dryer performance under adverse operating conditions.

l Moisture Separator with Integral Automatic Drains- IR Dryers use a multi-action moisture separator to ensure water is separated from the compressed air stream, after the evaporator. Optimum efficiency is gained with the use of large flow, solenoid operated drain valves.

This ensures that you get Dry Air for your process requirements.

l Hot Gas By-pass Valve- The key to constant Dew point control is the Hot Gas by pass valve. IR dryers use the finest valve of the world. The use of this valve in the refrigeration system ensures that your IR dryers will provide you with a constant low Dew Point, resulting in Dry Air.

l Filter- IR Dryers are fitted with a high efficiency Filter . This ensures that the refrigeration system will always remain clean and therefore offer the highest reliability.

l Sight Glass- IR Dryers are also fitted with a sight glass, to allow the quick identification of the refrigerant system.

l  High and Low Refrigerant Cutout Switches- An IR Dryer has the perfect self-protection for its refrigerant compressor. A high-pressure cutout switch will shut down the dryer should the refrigerant head pressure become too high. A low-pressure cutout switch will shut down the dryer should the suction pressure become too low. This ensures that your IR Dryer can never freeze up.
